Born in Knoxville, Tennessee and raised in sunny California, I bring a strong work ethic, a passion for helping people, and a deep understanding of customer needs to everything I do. With a diverse professional background spanning mortgage origination, retail management, and high-level customer service, I've developed the skills and empathy necessary to guide clients through the often overwhelming process of exiting a timeshare.
My journey has taken me across the country — from California to Florida, Arizona, Washington State, and Georgia — thanks to leadership opportunities in retail management. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on regional markets, customer behavior, and team leadership.
Prior to working in timeshare exit, I spent several years in the mortgage industry, helping families navigate complex financial decisions, and before that, I managed retail teams, where I learned the importance of clear communication, accountability, and always putting the customer first.
I’m also a proud father to an incredible 24-year-old daughter who inspires me every day with her success and drive. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me cheering on my favorite Southern California sports teams or enjoying anything that involves the beach — whether it's swimming, sun, or simply relaxing by the waves.
