In my role, I focus on guiding clients through the timeshare cancellation process with clarity, care, and consistent communication, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Family and friends are incredibly important to me, and that sense of care, loyalty, and connection is something I bring into my work every day. Having originally lived in Mexico, I remain closely connected to my roots, which has shaped my perspective both personally and professionally and allows me to connect easily with people from all backgrounds.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, staying active, and appreciating good food and good company.
