With over five years of experience in customer relations and timeshare contract cancellation, I bring both expertise and genuine care to every client I work with. At Timeshare Help Center, my focus is on guiding individuals and families through the often complicated process of reviewing contracts, identifying cancellation options, and achieving successful exits with confidence and peace of mind.

I value building trust and delivering real results. For me, this work isn’t just a career; it’s a calling. I give all the glory to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for every opportunity to serve others. Helping people through this process lets me honor Him by making a meaningful difference in people’s lives and in my community.

Outside of work, I’m very family-oriented and a passionate soccer fan. I proudly support Real Madrid, reflecting my love for teamwork, perseverance, and striving for excellence. My first language is Spanish, which helps me connect closely with Spanish-speaking clients and better support their needs.

What I enjoy most is helping people reclaim their freedom from unwanted timeshare obligations and move forward with less stress, more peace of mind, and greater opportunities.
